Peverel Court Care is committed to the training and development of all team members. We want to ensure everyone working for us is able to grow and develop in their chosen field through the provision of a wide range of high quality training and development opportunities. We use a variety of approaches to achieve this such as eLearning, classroom based courses, conference and seminar attendance, plus qualifications and on-the-job training.
Whilst ensuring all team members undertake the required statutory and mandatory training vital for their role, we encourage team members to undertake more specialised training and development to enable them to deepen and extend their knowledge and enhance their skills, talents and capabilities.
